Returns and Refund Policy

Non-personalised items

We offer a 30-day return period for non-personalised items. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unworn and returned in its original condition. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase.

Personalised and custom-made items

Items made or personalised specifically for you cannot normally be returned, exchanged or cancelled because you have changed your mind. This includes products printed with a name, age, date, message or other customer-supplied details.

Please check all names, spelling, dates, sizes and other personalisation details carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if you make a mistake. If production has not started, we will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

This exclusion does not affect your legal rights where an item is faulty, damaged, misdescribed or has been personalised incorrectly due to an error by us.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or does not match the details you supplied, contact us promptly at support@indieprintsco.co.uk.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs where possible. If we confirm that the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund and cover reasonable return postage where a return is required.

Starting a return

Before returning anything, contact us at support@indieprintsco.co.uk. Approved returns should be sent to:

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted. For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Digital products

Digital downloads cannot normally be cancelled or refunded once downloading or access has begun, where you agreed to receive the digital content immediately and acknowledged that your cancellation right would be lost. This does not affect your rights if the digital content is faulty or not as described.

Exchanges

Please contact us if you need a different non-personalised item or size. Personalised items cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

Refunds

We will let you know when an approved return has been received and inspected. Any refund due will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item or acceptable evidence that it has been sent back.

Your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the payment.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise fail to meet the requirements of UK consumer law.
